The two-day meeting focused on advancing key project work packages, with a strong emphasis on Work Package 3, dedicated to the development of the Competence-Based Programme (CBP) in agroecology. Partners collaboratively reviewed Units 1, 2, and 3, engaging in in-depth discussions to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with the needs of the VET sector.

In addition to curriculum development, the meeting addressed:

• the provision of guidelines supporting CBP implementation (WP3)
• the introduction of SEEDS Labs and brainstorming on Agroecological Interactive Maps (WP4)
• the presentation of the Seeding Agroecology communication campaign and outreach strategy (WP5)
• coordination updates, including the SEEDS Network Committee and overall project progress

The TPM provided an important space for reflection, quality assurance, and strategic planning, reinforcing collaboration among partners and setting clear next steps for the upcoming project phases.

The Athens meeting marked another milestone in the SEEDS project’s mission to strengthen agroecological education through participatory, practice-oriented approaches in vocational education and training.
