The kick-off meeting of CULTURWB project, which focuses on Capacity Building in Higher Education in the field of cultural tourism, was held December 7-9, 2016, at the University of Novi Sad.
The expected results of CULTURWB project are the development of new lifelong learning courses and a Master program that will enable the building of competencies for quality management within the cultural institutions, management of cultural heritage, and development processes in the frame of cultural tourism.
Through this unique project that targets higher education modernization in the WB, lasting from 2016-2019, we will make great efforts to incorporate a large network of partners who are the key to the achievement of the foreseen objectives. The aim of the project and our desire is to contribute to the development of cultural tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The consortium consists of thirteen partners from the WB region and the EU: University of Novi Sad, Sarajevo Meeting of Cultures, Dzemal Bijedic University, University of Montenegro, University of East Sarajevo, University of Banja Luka, University of Nis, WUS Austria, Heilbronn University, FH Joanneum, University of Applied Sciences Breda, Tourism Organization of Kotor, and the Institute for Protection of Monuments of Vojvodina.
