[:bs]CULTURWB: SMOC sproveo anketu u kulturnim institucijama u Jajcu<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n 13.03.2017. <\/em>U sklopu implementacije Erasmus+ CULTURWB projekta (\u201eJa\u010danje kapaciteta za stvaranje promjena u turizmu zemalja Zapadnog Balkana: stvaranje kompetencija za menad\u017ement ba\u0161tina i kulturnog turizma\u201c) \u00a0tokom boravka u Jajcu predstavnici Sarajevo susret kultura imali su priliku da posjete Agenciju za kulturno-povijesnu i prirodnu ba\u0161tinu i razvoj turisti\u010dkih potencijala grada Jajca <\/em>i Muzej II zasjedanja AVNOJ-a<\/em> sa ciljem predstavljanja projekta i sprovo\u0111enja ankete o nedostacima u vje\u0161tinama i kompetencijama u kulturi i turizmu.<\/p>\n At a meeting at the Agency, they discussed with the director Mr. Huso Had\u017ei\u0107 and project manager Aida Softi\u0107-Joldi\u0107 various opportunities for joint ventures, including having them on board as one of the key stakeholders in BiH during CULTURWB implementation, their potential role and importance of active involvement. SMOC team also took the opportunity to visit the Ethno Museum of the town of Jajce. After visiting the Agency, SMOC visited the Museum of the AVNOJ Session II to meet the Museum Director, Ms. Emsada Leko, as well as Museum staff.<\/p>\n O\u010dekivani rezultati CULTURWB projekta su razvoj novih programa za cjelo\u017eivotno u\u010denje i novog master akademskog studijskog programa koji za cilj ima izgradnju kompetencija za kvalitetno upravljanje unutar kulturnih institucija, upravljanje kulturnim naslije\u0111em, upravljanje doga\u0111ajima unutar i van institucija, kao i procesima razvoja u okviru kulturnog turizma. U tom slo\u017eenom procesu, saradnja sa kulturnim i turisti\u010dkim stejkholderima je neizostavna. CULTURWB project is funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ program.[:de]CULTURWB: SMOC Durchfuehrung der Umfrage in den kulturellen Institutionen in Jajce<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n 13.03.2017 Im Rahmen der Umsetzung der Erasmus + CULTURWB Projektes ( \u201eSt\u00e4rkung der F\u00e4higkeit, Eine Veraenderung in der Tourismusbranche des westlichen Balkans zu machen: die Schaffung von Kompetenzen f\u00fcr das Erbe-Management und Kulturtourismus\u201c) hatten die Vertreter der Organisation \u201cSarajevo Begegnung von Kulturen\u201d waehrend des Aufenthaltes in Jajce, die Moeglichkeit, die Agentur f\u00fcr kulturelles, historisches und nat\u00fcrliches Erbe<\/em> und\u00a0 Entwicklung der touristischen Potenziale von<\/em> Jajce <\/em>zu besuchen, wie auch das Museum der II Sitzung von AVNOJ\u00a0 mit dem Ziel, <\/em>das Projekt vorzustellen und die Umfrage ueber die Erhebung von M\u00e4ngeln in F\u00e4higkeiten und Kompetenzen in Kultur und Tourismus durchzufuehren.<\/p>\n Waehrend des Treffens in der Agentur sprachen die Organisationsvertreter mit dem Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Herrn Huso Hadzic und dem Projektmanager Aida Softic-Joldic, und nutzten auch die Gelegenheit, Das \u00a0Ethno-Museum von Jajce zu besuchen.\u00a0Nach dem Besuch in der Agentur, \u00a0besuchten die SMOC Vertreter das Museum der II Sitzung von AVNOJ \u00a0und lernten die Direktorin des Museums, Frau Emsada Leko, sowie das Personal des Museums ,kennen.<\/p>\n Die erwartete Ergebnisse des CULTURWB Projektes sind die Entwicklung neuer Programme f\u00fcr lebenslanges Lernen (LLL) und einen neuen Master-akademischen Studienprogramm, das zum Ziel hat, die Kompetenz f\u00fcr das Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement innerhalb der kulturellen Einrichtungen, die Verwaltung des kulturellen Erbes, Management von Veranstaltungen innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb der Institutionen\u00a0 aufzubauen, wie auch die Prozesse der Entwicklung imRahmen des \u00a0Kulturtourismus.
