Out of the Box Week event, which took place in September 2023 in Fažana, Croatia. It involved a diverse program of over 20 events, including workshops, expert panels, study visits, and discussions focused on youth engagement and societal rebuilding. The event's highlights included discussions on the OTB Strategic Plan for 2021-2025, emphasizing priorities such as alternative democracies, social cohesion, economic missions, and sustainability. It also showcased various ongoing projects and initiatives by member organizations, delving into diverse thematic panels covering topics like cooperation with authorities, ICT sectors, service learning, radicalization, financial education, and the impact of digital platforms on social cohesion in the Metaverse. Overall, the Out of the Box Week aimed to facilitate networking, learning, and collaboration among participants, emphasizing the importance of partnerships in youth work to create a positive impact and drive change from a unique perspective dubbed "Youth from Another Perspective."
