Hosted by Social Action and Innovation Centre (KMOP), the Transnational Project Meeting of the Art Hubs for Youth (ABT) project Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union took place in Athens, Greece November 15-16, 2021. This was the first face to face meeting of the consortium whose project activities will cover the 2021-2023 period.
The ABT consortium brings together five institutions and non-governmental organisations located in four countries – UK, Greece, Cyprus and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The ABT project aims to combat inequality, intolerance and injustice and promote intercultural dialogue utilising the unique ability of the arts to transcend social barriers.
The meeting was efficiently used to discuss in detail the microstructure of the training program that will comprise of ten modules and be delivered to art teachers and art professionals in the first half of 2022. The learning outcomes of each module have been defined during the two-day workshop based on the organisations’ experience in the field of photography, and all partners had an opportunity to share the developed content thus far for the learning units.
The meeting likewise provided an opportunity to discuss IO2 and IO3 of the project.
