[:bs]CULTURWB: SMOC sproveo anketu u kulturnim institucijama u Jajcu

13.03.2017. U sklopu implementacije Erasmus+ CULTURWB projekta („Jačanje kapaciteta za stvaranje promjena u turizmu zemalja Zapadnog Balkana: stvaranje kompetencija za menadžment baština i kulturnog turizma“)  tokom boravka u Jajcu predstavnici Sarajevo susret kultura imali su priliku da posjete Agenciju za kulturno-povijesnu i prirodnu baštinu i razvoj turističkih potencijala grada Jajca i Muzej II zasjedanja AVNOJ-a sa ciljem predstavljanja projekta i sprovođenja ankete o nedostacima u vještinama i kompetencijama u kulturi i turizmu.

At a meeting at the Agency, they discussed with the director Mr. Huso Hadžić and project manager Aida Softić-Joldić various opportunities for joint ventures, including having them on board as one of the key stakeholders in BiH during CULTURWB implementation, their potential role and importance of active involvement. SMOC team also took the opportunity to visit the Ethno Museum of the town of Jajce. After visiting the Agency, SMOC visited the Museum of the AVNOJ Session II to meet the Museum Director, Ms. Emsada Leko, as well as Museum staff.

Očekivani rezultati CULTURWB projekta su razvoj novih programa za cjeloživotno učenje i novog master akademskog studijskog programa koji za cilj ima izgradnju kompetencija za kvalitetno upravljanje unutar kulturnih institucija, upravljanje kulturnim naslijeđem, upravljanje događajima unutar i van institucija, kao i procesima razvoja u okviru kulturnog turizma. U tom složenom procesu, saradnja sa kulturnim i turističkim stejkholderima je neizostavna. As part of the implementation of the Erasmus+ CULTURWB project (“Strengthening Capacities for Tourism Changes in WB: Building Competences for Quality Management of Heritage and Cultural Tourism”), during their stay in Jajce representatives of the Sarajevo Meeting of Cultures had the opportunity to visit the Agency for Cultural, Historical and Natural Heritage and the development of the tourism potential of the town of Jajce and the AVNOJ Session II Museum with the aim of presenting the project and conducting a survey on skills and competences gaps in culture and tourism.

The expected results of the CULTURWB project are the development of new lifelong learning programs and a new master academic study program that aims to build competencies for quality management within cultural institutions, cultural heritage management, event management, and cultural tourism development processes. In this complex process, cooperation with cultural and tourism stakeholders is indispensable. 13.03.2017 Im Rahmen der Umsetzung der Erasmus + CULTURWB Projektes ( „Stärkung der Fähigkeit, Eine Veraenderung in der Tourismusbranche des westlichen Balkans zu machen: die Schaffung von Kompetenzen für das Erbe-Management und Kulturtourismus“) hatten die Vertreter der Organisation “Sarajevo Begegnung von Kulturen” waehrend des Aufenthaltes in Jajce, die Moeglichkeit, die Agentur für kulturelles, historisches und natürliches Erbe und  Entwicklung der touristischen Potenziale von Jajce zu besuchen, wie auch das Museum der II Sitzung von AVNOJ  mit dem Ziel, das Projekt vorzustellen und die Umfrage ueber die Erhebung von Mängeln in Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen in Kultur und Tourismus durchzufuehren.

Waehrend des Treffens in der Agentur sprachen die Organisationsvertreter mit dem Geschäftsführer Herrn Huso Hadzic und dem Projektmanager Aida Softic-Joldic, und nutzten auch die Gelegenheit, Das  Ethno-Museum von Jajce zu besuchen. Nach dem Besuch in der Agentur,  besuchten die SMOC Vertreter das Museum der II Sitzung von AVNOJ  und lernten die Direktorin des Museums, Frau Emsada Leko, sowie das Personal des Museums ,kennen.

Die erwartete Ergebnisse des CULTURWB Projektes sind die Entwicklung neuer Programme für lebenslanges Lernen (LLL) und einen neuen Master-akademischen Studienprogramm, das zum Ziel hat, die Kompetenz für das Qualitätsmanagement innerhalb der kulturellen Einrichtungen, die Verwaltung des kulturellen Erbes, Management von Veranstaltungen innerhalb und außerhalb der Institutionen  aufzubauen, wie auch die Prozesse der Entwicklung imRahmen des  Kulturtourismus. In diesem komplexen Prozess, die Zusammenarbeit mit kulturellen und touristischen Akteuren ist unverzichtbar. CULTURWB Projekt wird von dem Erasmus + Programm der Europäischen Union finanziert.[:]
